SaGAA does not collect or store any sensitive personal information. Registration fees and other payments are always processed through the appropriate certified internationally accepted channels.
Speakers and users directly provide SaGAA with most of the data.This data is collected when
Professional SaGAA photographers and film makers are employed to record the in-person events. As SaGAA events are public meetings, third party photography/filming is allowed.
Photos are published on the SaGAA website and social media channels. Photos are made available for publication by media as well as other partners referencing SaGAA in their publications. All photos used need to be credited to the SaGAA. All speaker and session recordings are available for users at the GnYTV Youtube channel.
SaGAA data usage
The data collected online is used to process registration and issue letters for participation and invitations for all SaGAA events. Data is not shared with any external parties for any activities beyond the needs of the Conference. If at all coordinators and other members are provided data, all contact information, apart from emails, are excluded. The contact information is not published but SaGAA Secretariat may use it from time to time to contact speakers directly.
SaGAA would like to send you information about its events and publications. The mailing list is the only direct marketing device used by SaGAA. A user may always opt out at a later date if they no longer wish to be contacted.
