IRIS Publication Pvt. Ltd. undertakes a gamut of responsibilities and turnkey projects in English and Hindi along with, LIGHTS, a non-profit research and analysis factory. Ms Sulagna Chattopadhyay, M.A., M.Phil from School of Social Sciences, Centre for Study of Regional Development, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi is the director of IRIS Publication Pvt. Ltd., and the Founder Editor of ISSN and RNI accredited journo-mag Geography and You (G’nY). The magazine is successfully running since 2001 and has completed over 125 issues. Ms Sulagna has also developed and edited five books for various governmental bodies and 17 national and international reports for multiple organisations. In outreach programmes, she as convenor has organised 18 national and international conferences and workshops. She has also been the creative head for a televised quiz contest on renewable energy.

Shree Ashok Kumar has done masters in Persian from JNU, New Delhi and has more than 20 years of experience in international trade, mainly in the automobile sector and upholstery clothing. He has visited more than 50 countries in the world in the last 15 years and knows Persian, Urdu, English, Hindi and working knowledge of Mandarin. A commerce graduate, he has a very deep understanding of trade economics.

Dr. Rasik Ravindra is the Former Director, NCAOR, Go and served as the Former Deputy director general in the Geological Survey of India from 1971 to 2005. A veteran Antarctican, he participated in India expedition to Antarctica in 1987-88 for the first time and subsequently led the ninth Antarctic expedition in 1989-91.
